Welcome

Hello and thank you for stopping by. I wanted to create a place where we can speak about a topic. I'm interested in what people have to say about their lives and what they would like to accomplish.
I am passionate about my coaching career as well as my life as an artist.
Let me tell you a few things about me. I am recently engaged to a wonderful man. I am a proud Mom of 3 children, a boy, a girl, and one step son. My daughter and step son have given me 2 beautiful bouncing grandsons. WooHoo! They all light up my world.
Please don't be shy....

Are you living in the present?

Here is something to ponder……
We are so busy in our lives getting “somewhere” or wishing that we were “already there” or having a personal possession we don’t already have that we make ourselves crazy.
Did you ever stop to think that you may already be exactly where you are supposed to be? What if this is the perfect place for you?
How many times have you had this great plan in life and things didn’t turn out exactly as you planned? Did you feel as though you were a failure? Did you sit around and beat yourself up because you didn’t make it happen? Whatever you had planned didn’t happen fast enough? What if… The Universe decided this was where you were supposed to be? What would it look like if you stopped trying to control everything and everyone around you?
There have been plenty of times in my life where I have climbed the corporate ladder and planned my perfect life. I set all kinds of goals because I felt if I didn’t have something cooking in the pot, so to speak, I wasn’t going to be successful as a human being. If so and so would just change their behavior it would be so much better around here. And on and on it goes.
Boy did I learn that lesson the hard way. In the last 5 years or so I have come to realize I am a successful human being just as I am.
I know for me if I open my eyes and truly live in the moment my life feels very full. I don’t dwell on the past, I learn from it and I don’t plan too much into the future. I find if I don’t live in the now, I miss what is going on right in front of me. I miss the gifts that the Universe is providing me.
This is your life! I would like to invite you to stop and take a look. What is the lesson? Have you learned from it or do you continue to repeat the same lessons over and over again?
I’m here, what about you?

A coach can polish his skills and capabilities and suggest him ways of improvements. The main task of these trainers or coaches is to motivate employees to give their best in their jobs by following their own style.
